1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our Custom MOQ is 500pcs, existing 25pcs/50pcs.also we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide exiting sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our papal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to you designs whether they need new printingscreen, etc.
4.How long is the production lead time?
Existing water bottle/tumbler/mug printing LOGO/ laser engrave/ 3D within 5days. Bulk quantity takes 10-30 days. We have large production machine. which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity. 5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG,AI,cdr or PDF,etc.We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
7.Which kinds of certificate would you have?

8.What is your payment term?
